An answer now, not tomorrow

Help is live at any hour on live chat, e-mail and phone, in English and French, so nobody waits for office hours. The mailbox is [email protected]; the phone line is +1 416 085 7035.

Best for a locked account or a stuck withdrawal, where a typed answer in the moment beats an e-mail thread.

Any document you want on record goes here, from a verification upload to a complaint worth quoting later.

Have your government-issued photo ID, proof of address and payment card image ready; access checks run up to 50 hours.

Choosing where to deposit

Where Does Onlyspins Casino Fall Short?

By the end you will know which terms help you and which ones quietly cost you time.

Wagering: fair or tight?

Count this as a weakness: 34x wagering in 55 days suits regulars but strains casual play.

All bonus funds expire after 55 days

Welcome match caps at C$550

Onlyspins Casino holds a real licence

Pick Your Fit Before You Register

Onlyspins Casino suits players who want a huge library, Interac deposits and fast payouts, and who accept a 34x wagering rule that must be cleared inside 55 days. Hold back if waiting grates: verification can take up to 50 hours before money moves, and the C$88,000 ceiling caps larger withdrawals. Its 7,567 titles from 83 providers are the standout, with round-the-clock English and French support close behind. Overall: 8.4 out of 10.

Seven Checks

Sign Up Informed, Not Surprised

Clears up the licence, the paperwork and the fine print before you commit a dollar.

trustDo I need an Ontario licence to play here?+

Onlyspins Casino Inc. holds licence 28587790 from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, overseen by iGaming Ontario. Ontario rules mean 19 is the legal age and the Responsible Gambling Council, ConnexOntario and the Problem Gambling Institute of Ontario are on hand.

trustWhat if my withdrawal freezes for verification?+

Expect roughly 50 hours of checks, because the site verifies your government-issued photo ID, proof of address and a payment card image. Send them at registration rather than at cash-out and the wait overlaps with play instead of holding your money.

trustWhen can I reach a human on live chat?+

Live chat, email to [email protected] or +1 416 085 7035, staffed around the clock in English and French. Chat answers fastest. The phone line reaches a real person at any hour, which suits players who want a conversation rather than a transcript.

trustCan I clear the welcome wagering quickly?+

The welcome offer carries 34x wagering inside 55 days, so read it as a multi-month commitment. Games contribute at different rates, so a low-stake player can clear it comfortably while a big-swing player may not finish before expiry.

trustWhat if I need the cash the same evening?+

Cash-outs typically land in about 20 minutes once your documents are approved, though your bank or wallet sets final timing. Skrill and Neteller usually post faster than Interac or a card, and the C$88,000 ceiling applies per withdrawal.

trustWhy would C$19 be enough to start?+

C$19 opens an account and covers Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paysafecard and Jeton in Canadian dollars. Starting small costs nothing, and Interac keeps deposits inside your usual bank app.

trustWhen do I need a desktop instead of my phone?+

Phone play runs in a mobile browser with no download, and every deposit method, bonus and support channel is there. Sessions on transit or at lunch work fine, though payouts still need the same verification step as desktop, so allow the full 50 hours.

Player types

Match your habits to the casino

Four playing styles, four honest pictures, so you stop guessing which one is yours.

Casino in your pocket

You open the site on a phone between stops, so the 7,567-game lobby matters less than how fast pages load and whether live chat answers before your ride ends.

Load the lobby before you leave home

Set a session reminder for the trip

Watch the cash-out clock

You judge a casino by the cash-out screen, so twenty-minute payouts and a C$88,000 ceiling should suit you, provided your ID clears verification first.

Send ID and address proof on day one

Keep one payout method saved

Will you run out of options?

You tire of the same reels, and 7,567 titles from 83 providers give you room to roam, though searching by provider beats scrolling the whole lobby.
